our stay at best western was fantastic! the superior king suite was spacious and comfortable, especially the large jacuzzi. the location was perfect, close to breakfast options, and the staff were super friendly, making our experience even better.

However, the room cleanliness fell short of expectations. one of the queen beds had loose dirt, and the bathtub showed signs of staining. Accessibility could also use some thought—the height of the tub makes it tough for anyone with mobility issues to navigate, and a slip-proof finish would make a real difference in safety. Lastly, a lack of USB ports on the lamps created hassles for charging devices since finding an outlet required moving furniture around.

Just a solid selection for a momentary visit in West Coxsackie with outstanding value for money. Paula in the breakfast room was super helpful, making our mornings better. Make sure to inquire about an elevator if you have lots of luggage.
